ENOMIS GmbH gathers and uses all personal information entered on our website in accordance with German legislation. As protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us – especially when it comes to ensuring your personal rights during the processing and utilisation of your data – we will explain to you how we actually use your personal information and how we will protect your privacy

1. Gathering and processing of customer data

We use all personal information (as well as subsequent alterations of these data) provided during the order process to handle your order on this website. By processing and handling your order we mean the compilation of your personal allergy card, ordering and payment as well as dispatching the foodcards to the address provided by you; where required, processing and handling also include dealing with cancellations and refunds.

Furthermore, personal information will only be stored when it has been freely provided within the scope of e.g. registration, a survey, a competition or when it has been provided for the formation of a contract.

As a general rule your personal information will not be passed on to third parties. External service providers who process data on behalf of us are contractually strictly bound by the Federal Data Protection Act and do thus not count as third parties in this data privacy context.

ENOMIS GmbH will pass on personal information, including information regarding your method of payment only to the credit card company or debit card company that issued the card you used for your order. 

2. Data security

Our customer databank as well as our internet server meet the highest security standards. They deliver the best possible protection of your data against leakage, misuse as well as unwarranted and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and deletion. To transmit your data to our server we rely on the latest security standard, the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) which uses 128 bit encryptions in the transmission process.

SSL is a reliable and globally used cryptographic protocol with which your browser can automatically encode your personal information before sending it to us.

As soon as you have entered your data during the registration or ordering process and have pressed the “NEXT” or “SUBMIT” button your data will be scrambled and sent to us. Thus you are protected from any external access.

Should ENOMIS GmbH – within the framework of the conditions stated in this notice - pass on your data to a third party, we will make sure that such third parties have equally high security standards and use your data with as much caution as we do. This, however, does not apply when we are legally bound to pass on data to a third party.

We will store your data for an appropriate time period or as long as is demanded by law.

The data you provide is protected by a number of firewalls and can thus not be accessed externally.

3. Cookies

ENOMIS GmbH uses so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file your browser saves on your local hard drive. Cookies are used for saving your personal settings and visits to individual websites or 

to facilitate using our online content via this type of customised support.

If you do not want to receive any cookies, you can configure browser that it erases all cookies from your hard drive, blocks them or warns you whenever a cookie is saved.

The data on this website is collected by etracker GmbH ( for marketing and optimisation purposes. That is why user profiles are being created under specific nicknames. Cookies can be used to achieve this goal. Cookies are small text files that are locally saved in the browser’s cache. Cookies allow the browser to recognise previously visited sites. The data accumulated by etracker technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitors of the website and will not be amalgamated with person-related data via the user of the nickname without the explicit permission of the person involved. The collection and storage of data can at any given time be stopped by objection for the future.

This website uses Google Analytics, a Google Inc. web analytics solution. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”- text files that are saved on your computer and which allow for the analysis of your visit to the website. The information about the visit to the website created through the cookie (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and there it is stored.
